Qualifying Experience for Taking the Promotional Examination:

Admission to this promotion examination will be limited to current employees of Tompkins County Facilities.  Applicants must currently hold and have held continuously at least two (2) years of non-competative class status in the title of Maintenance Worker.  In accordance with Section 52-12 of civil service law, an open competative examination is being held as a back up to this departmental promotion examination admitting non-competative class employees.
