1. Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered four-year college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree AND three (3) years of full-time paid (or the equivalent part-time, and/or volunteer) experience in acquiring, analyzing and intrepreting data, and/or developing and implementing data collection, maintenance and communications systems; OR

2. Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered two-year college or university with an Associate’s Degree AND five (5) years of full-time paid (or the equivalent part-time, and/or volunteer) experience in acquiring, analyzing and interpreting data, and/or developing and implementing data collection, maintenance and communications systems; OR

3. Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma AND seven (7) years of full-time paid (or the equivalent part-time, and/or volunteer) experience in acquiring, analyzing and intrepreting data, and/or developing and implementing data collection, maintenance and communications systems; OR

4. Any equivalent combination of training and experience as described in (a), (b) and (c) above.
